Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Eagles came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.
The Eboigbe pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up.
Whatever else happened, they won the night they took King. They will answer for taking linebacker early while wide receiver, interior defensive lineman and other spots went begging.
A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
Pick-by-Pick
In pick 22 they get a sticky cover corner at fair value. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Junior Colson at Round 2, Pick 18 is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.

They reached into another round for Justin Eboigbe, and the board is nowhere close to agreeing. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
Circle this one: Kalen King at No. 161 is a fall that decides a draft. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Good things come to war rooms that wait, and Tykee Smith at the 171st overall pick is the proof. The roster fit checks out.
