The Malachi Moore pick is the one that will follow the Cardinals into the fall. They took him 33 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so.

Everything downstream of Drake Maye depends on Drake Maye, and the building knows it. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose.

That is a tight end worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. On the needs board they went 8 of 8, with quarterback the one that mattered most.
