The search is over. The Vikings handed the keys to Jayden Daniels, and the whole operation now runs on his development. More right than wrong, and a B to match.
They are betting Jefferson proves the room right and everyone else wrong. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast.
They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.
In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
Pick-by-Pick
In the 5th pick they get their guy under center for the next decade at fair value. Exactly the need they had to hit.
By-the-book stuff, Payton Wilson at Round 2, Pick 10 squarely in line with his ranking. A minor need, but a need all the same.
MarShawn Lloyd in the Round 4 slot is fair value, right on his grade. The roster fit checks out.
