You can draft well and still miss the point. The Cardinals did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to quarterback, which was the need that mattered most. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.
On the needs board they went 1 of 8, with offensive lineman the one that mattered most. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.
Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
