The weekend has a hole in the middle of it named quarterback, a need the Cardinals walked right past. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
The cost of the Trice reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 2 of 8 of the wish list covered.
They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.
Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
