Nobody else had Joe Milton III anywhere near the 161st pick. The Raiders did, by 39 spots, and that gap is the whole story.

The Washington steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The trade work was a quiet net positive.

Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Spend now, pay later; the math only works if this class delivers.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
