Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Eagles were there to profit. Ajani Cornelius, the No. 114 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick 169. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.
They will need White III to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.
A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
Pick-by-Pick
In the Round 1 slot they get a green-dot type in the middle, outstanding value to boot. More want than need.
Nick Emmanwori in Round 2, Pick 32 should not have been possible, and that is the whole point. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
