Start where it matters. The Vikings took Bo Nix to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. No fireworks, but a solid B.
They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. Spending an early pick on S-EDGE with safety, wide receiver and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. For all the activity, safety went untouched, which is hard to explain.
They will need Jones to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.

They did well to land Roger Rosengarten in No. 179, just ahead of his grade. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
R7.10
· Pick 230
· Matthew Jones
· OG

Matthew Jones at the 230th overall pick jumps the queue by a touch more than is comfortable. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
