You build a draft on nights like this. Harold Perkins Jr. had no business being available in pick No. 216, and the Raiders did the only sane thing and turned in the card. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.
Every board in the league had Higgins lower, and that gap is the story. Everything downstream of Shedeur Sanders depends on Shedeur Sanders, and the building knows it.
