You can hear the double-takes from here. The Raiders took Jaxson Dart at the Round 3 slot, roughly 64 spots before his name belonged. Good, not great, and the B says as much.
They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made.
