The steal of the weekend belongs to the Eagles and Nubin: B+.

Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Eagles came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. It does the job without flash, and the B+ reflects it.
That Nubin pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The Stover pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at interior defensive lineman and tight end. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman.
In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
Pick-by-Pick
In pick 24 they get a press-man option on the boundary. Exactly the need they had to hit.
A top-tier offensive lineman at a bargain, Troy Fautanu in the 50th overall pick, plain and simple. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Circle this one: Tyler Nubin at Round 2, Pick 22 is a fall that decides a draft. A need, and now a little less of one.
A tidy bit of business in the 87th pick, where Cooper Beebe graded well above the range. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
The needs board was loud and they turned it down, spending slot 97 on Cade Stover with interior defensive lineman and tight end unsolved.
A clean, defensible pick in pick No. 137 with a little surplus value in Will Shipley. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
No edge and no loss on Joe Milton III in the 163rd pick; it is a wash and a sensible one. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Javon Baker at No. 172 is a conviction pick that outran the value. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Somehow Ty'Ron Hopper was still sitting there in the 174th overall pick, and they pounced on premier linebacker value. Depth more than a fix, but depth they can use.
A slide stopped in slot 178, with Zion Tupuola-Fetui worth more than the price. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
A cornerback of that caliber at Round 7, Pick 23 is the definition of value, full stop. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
They paid up for Xavier Thomas at pick No. 245 when waiting would have done the job. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
