Scouting Report: Strengths
- Uses his hands well, with good hand placement to maximize his powerful punch. Bull shows impressive coordination between his upper and lower body when moving in pass protection.
- Effective grappling in the phone booth, with the upper-body strength and strong hands to outbattle defenders. He also shows a good understanding of angles when moving out to the second level
- When his hand placement is right, Bull has the strong grip that allows him to manhandle opponents. He plays with a mean streak and keeps the nastiness going through the whistle.
- Bull is a work in progress with high-end physical traits. He’s extremely light on his feet for a 300-pounder, a natural knee bender who plays with balance and leverage.
- Takes much more pride in the run game, where he plays through the whistle with tremendous physicality.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Middling physical traits limit his ceiling, and Bull most likely will top out as a fringe starter on the right side.
- Often gets too high in his sets, sacrificing some of his power, and he doesn’t show great coordination between his upper and lower body when sliding back in pass protection.
- Will punch at smaller defenders instead of latching on and is more of a mauler than mover in the running game. Can improve maintaining outside leverage when doubling the nose. Ducks his head and gets too upright, causing him to fall off second-level blocks.
- Heavy-footed with an inconsistent kick slide. He’s going to have an awful time with speed rushers if asked to block on an island; he’s likely going to need help on the edge regardless.

The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
