Scouting Report: Strengths
- Crum has the size teams look for at the tackle spots, and that is probably enough to get him a look as a swing tackle.
- Dips shoulder and moves his feet to get outside leverage when needed. Strong and low coming out of his stance, effective in short-yardage situations.
- He has long arms that allow him to survive as a pass protector on the edge, and Crum typically plays with good balance.
- Crum flashes power and nastiness in the run game, able to win at the point of attack and athletic enough to get out as a pulling blocker before landing blocks on the move at the second level.
- Does a nice job on the second level, moving upfield quickly and showing the flexibility and balance to land blocks in space.
- Outstanding on reach blocks, showing good initial quickness and flexibility to seal the backside. He’s a heady player who is quick to recognize and react to twists and stunts up front, and he shows a good sense of timing on combo blocks.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Crum often plays too high, allowing speed-to-power rushers to knock him back and off balance. Crum needs to get much better with his hand use.
- Sometimes Crum simply gets too impatient to sit back in his set, reaching and lunging and generally playing with poor balance.
- Raw as a pass protector, looking choppy and unnatural when moving back into his set, often playing too upright.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
